Leeds Based Public Company – Nemark were already our IT Support suppliers and trusted throughout our organisation. We asked them to help us install a new business telephone system. Through the first few meetings a plan was put together for the new system and we were very pleased that they had taken notice that we were planning on moving in 12-18 months and devised a system that would allow integration with our main office network in Leeds. Financial Services, National Company with 9 offices : We approached Nemark on the recommendation of one of our Directors. Nemark worked with our firm for around 5 months to deliver a total hosted solution for our offices so that we could do away with servers in each office and the maintenance problem therein. The result, whilst not cheap, has helped our firm be more efficient, mobile and more importantly professional in servicing our clients. Doncaster Based HSE : Nemark had been our IT department for some years. As our company grew we needed mobile computing to assist our technical staff to conduct Health and Safety work on building sites across the country sometimes where no power and telephone lines were present. Nemark worked with their developers to provide a solution that allowed our engineers to work anywhere in the UK through mobile hand devices that linked in to central SQL server and web back-end. The result was that we were able to attract larger clients and ensure that our company could compete across all market sectors.
